Andrés Siabato has over 18 years of experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating sustainable development policies and programs, environmental conservation initiatives, ESG compliance, corporate social responsibility, and impact investing. His career has focused on strengthening Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems oriented toward results and value creation.
He brings extensive expertise in developing logical frameworks and theories of change, designing environmental and social indicators, coordinating baselines and external evaluations, building information systems, and enhancing institutional capacities for evidence-based decision-making.
Andrés has worked across Latin America and Africa, supporting socio-economic and environmental programs for local communities, grassroots organizations, cooperatives, companies, governments, and multilateral agencies.
Political Scientist from Universidad de los Andes (Colombia) with a Master’s in Public Policy from Erasmus University Rotterdam (Netherlands) and The University of York (United Kingdom), Andrés has collaborated with the United Nations, USAID, international development agencies, philanthropic foundations, governments, and the private sector.
